Amplifying diverse voices
At our company
As the largest woman-owned, WBENC-certified advertising agency in the country, diversity, equity, and inclusion have been core to our business since our start in 2002. In fact, we believe that our success over the years is directly attributed to the diversity of our teams and the rich perspectives and ideas that they bring.
We ensure meaningful representation in our talent for all people at every level. We stand by equality for all, and against racism and hatred toward any individual or community. Diversity of thought is welcome here, and we are proud that our team is a true reflection of where we live and of the audiences we speak to on behalf of our clients. We’re also committed to pushing for representation in the productions we manage—both in front of and behind the camera.
We recognize that there is more work to be done, and we’re dedicated to continually pushing and improving our recruitment, retention, staff, and creative development practices and client partnerships to positively impact our company and our industry.
Within our industry
Through our suppliers
We maintain our own supplier diversity program to source and contract diverse suppliers for both our clients and our agency. We work with like-minded clients and are very fortunate to have had long-term relationships with companies like JPMorgan Chase and Procter & Gamble, where diversity and inclusion are paramount to their operating protocol. As a multiyear member of P&G’s diversity committee, a select collective of women- and minority-owned companies, we advise P&G on wide-ranging social issues, including sustainability, diversity and inclusion, and economic empowerment. As a JPMorgan Chase Gold Supplier, we’re committed to increasing our spending with diverse-owned businesses, placing an emphasis on Black-, Hispanic- and Latino-owned firms.
Employee Involvement
Our employees are encouraged to participate in various charitable endeavors that impact our community. And we support them in doing so by sponsoring and facilitating initiatives that impact people, animals, and the environment. Together, we support the fight to end women’s cancers, provide scholarships that help support women in the arts, and supply much-needed comfort and cheer to our furry friends, with annual animal shelter drives and contributions to wildlife welfare organizations.
With our work
We offer valuable pro bono marketing support to nonprofits that service some of California’s most vulnerable environments and populations, such as the Los Angeles Fire Department and the California Wildlife Center. We also work to provide scholarships that help support women in the arts.
