Additionally, as members of SeeHer—an initiative connected to the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) and The Female Quotient—we work to combat unconscious bias and ensure accurate, empowering portrayals of women and girls in marketing, media, and entertainment.

We take pride in partnering with businesses of all kinds through our supplier program, creating opportunities for companies traditionally underrepresented in the supply chain.

Our long-standing relationships with partners like JPMorgan Chase and Procter & Gamble highlight our shared commitment to fairness and collaboration. As a multiyear member of P&G’s collective of women- and minority-owned businesses, we help advise on important initiatives, such as sustainability, equal opportunity, and economic empowerment. As a JPMorgan Chase Gold Supplier, we also prioritize working with Black-, Hispanic-, and Latino-owned firms to strengthen our shared communities.

Employee Involvement

Our employees are encouraged to participate in various charitable endeavors that impact our community. And we support them in doing so by sponsoring and facilitating initiatives that impact people, animals, and the environment. Together, we support the fight to end women’s cancers, provide scholarships that help support women in the arts, and supply much-needed comfort and cheer to our furry friends, with annual animal shelter drives and contributions to wildlife welfare organizations.

With our work

We proudly support nonprofits tackling some of California’s most urgent needs, such as the Los Angeles Fire Department and the California Wildlife Center. Through pro bono marketing, we amplify their missions and help them connect with the communities they serve.

We also invest in the future by funding scholarships for women in the arts, empowering them to bring their creativity to life and make meaningful contributions to their fields.
