The Challenge

South Beach Diet needed to evolve their brand to address changing sentiments around dieting and wellness. They also needed to educate people about their new keto plan without alienating their customers or sounding overly complex.

The Insight

The biggest barrier to adopting a new diet: it’s just hard. There are calories to count and meals to prep—it’s just not very friendly to most people’s lifestyle.

The Solution

We developed a fresh new brand identity and advertising campaign to show how the new Keto-Friendly South Beach Diet was also You Friendly—it’s easy to follow because the meals are all planned and packaged for you. We elevated the brand with a fresh color palette and new visual identity to dispel apprehension around packaged food and lean into the South Beach vibe. Our campaign featured real members, including celebrity Jessie James Decker, and included both a brand anthem launch spot and DRTV to drive impact. We impacted every aspect of the reinvigorated brand with our fresh VisID, 360 campaign and robust shoot assets—we even redesigned their meal boxes!
